37 foot 2007 Keystone Everest Fifth wheel for sale-completely redone inside…..currently on a permanent site located at James Creek Rv Resort not far from the Lake Raystown Resort. This fifth wheel was completely renovated inside and it’s like being in a country cottage. It’s so roomy with 4 slide outs . You won’t find quality like this in a newer RV.  We haven’t had any issues, both owners have kept it cleaned and maintained properly. There have never been any leaks and the roof is in excellent shape. GVWR 14,200, dual fuel 12 gallon hot water heater (water pressure is amazing) electric or propane. Solid wood cabinets painted gray. There’s a new fireplace,Roku TV,  2 gray recliner chairs, hard wood look floors throughout, couch cover(it turns into a queen bed), new king size mattress, bedspread and toss pillows in bedroom. New black accent faucets in kitchen and bathroom, large shower, lots of storage.  The heat and AC work great. Electric awning. In the woods you hardly need to use the AC. The fifth wheel has new tires and spare and a backup camera that uses Bluetooth on your phone. All furniture stays as well as most of the decor.  Includes Corelle dishes, pots, pans, and many other kitchen and camping items.  There’s a nice, large deck with railing and gates on both sides. Outdoor table and chairs, rugs can stay. Fire ring, chairs  and firewood holder out back. Needs nothing! Everything works great. Newer campers are not made as well .
