The mileage is quite low at just over 13k miles. This coach is on a Ford E-450 heavy duty chassis powered by a 6.8L SOHC EFI NA V10 Gasoline engine.  Regular maintenance has exceeded manufacturer recommendations as our original plan was to keep this unit for a long time.This is the Greyhawk 30x model with one large slide out which opens up the interior making it quite spacious. On the exterior you'll enjoy the ease of fully automatic Equalizer Systems Levelers, an Onan 4kw generator, an electric awning and a lifetime roof*. There is a Bauer electronic lock (yes, you can use a key if you like) on the front door, an onboard propane tank along with an upgrade so you can attach external tanks. In the rear is the Master Bedroom. We upgraded the mattress a couple years ago. The shower and toilet are in their own room independent of the bathroom sink. The kitchen area has a propane stove and oven along with a separate microwave. It has a large refrigerator that runs on either propane or electric. There's a kitchen table that can be made into a bed and two leather recliners. There is a spacious loft that my Granddaughter absolutely loved. Oh yea, there is a 32" TV and we replaced the sofa with two rocker/swivel recliners (it's so much easier watching TV in these!). I almost forgot, there is a separate a/c in the Master Bedroom and a brand new a/c - heat-pump in the main living area along with a skylight. We also have a propane heater. In the winter this heater will make the inside toasty in just a couple minutes! Our coach is currently located in the Cincinnati area.*It is a lifetime roof, but the warranty does not transfer.
