1999 Tahoe

Transmission rebuilt a little over a year ago. tires have a lot of life left on them (spare was bought with the set and has never touched pavement) body is in good shape minor damage in some spots. Fuel injctors replaced new plugs and wire many of the censors are new. It has electrical issues lights turn off on their own. It has a starter issue that i can not figure out. I put a new starter on it but it still dosen't want to start everytime. The biggest issue is it has a blown head gasket it will not hold water at all. I know that it is on the passenger side of the engine because it has true dual exhaust system.
