Veterinarians have been deemed an “essential profession” during this state of emergency. This means that we will NOT close our doors even while the “shelter in place” order is in effect unless our doctors or staff become sick with the virus and are required to self-isolate. However, in order to keep operating within the parameters of the emergency orders set forth by the governor, we must make some changes to our practices.
