( Thirty Million six hundred forty dollars and zero cent), on Robert Douglas dba the offices of PERMENTER COMPANIES, INCORPRATED, IN CORPORATION(S), PERMENTER(LLC) LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY(S), in all derivatives, based on the best of my knowledge and pursuant to title 15 united states code subsection 241, 242, for violation of United states Constitution 1787, article 6 and the treaty of friendship and peace article 6. Also the constitution for protection against government and foreign corporate piracy, dba governmental services as tyrants.

YOU, ROBERT DOUGLAS PERMENTER, acting under wrongfully assumed Powers and Authority and under pretense and colors of Office, Laws, and Title, are hereby given Notice of ownership of real and personal property stolen, embezzled, converted and/or purloined, by and through certain illegal and unlawful acts, including, but not limited to, wrongful issuance of 2 or more alleged WRITS OF ASSISTANCE, and/or "Warrant For Entry On Premises To Effect Levy" issued by you on April 1, 2022.
 
You and/or your officers, employees, deputies, assistants, representatives, receivers, servants and/or agents, have illegally and unlawfully seized, stolen, retained and are believed still to be in unlawful possession, custody, and/or control of my private property that I have a 20 million united states dollar Lien on it. Commercial Affidavits, including Affidavits of Obligation (Commercial Liens), which are non -judicial consensual processes which arise out of a breach of special performance (e.g., for public officials ’ breach of oath of office, a violation of the Constitution for the United States of America and respective state Constitutions.) The notice as follows below is included for the purposes o f FULL DISCLOSURE (UCC), and as a warning noted by the flag for commercial grace at the top of the instrument.
