I'm looking for a reasonably-priced place to rent for myself and I have one small dog...Non-smoking; possibly to rent out a couple of large rooms with kitchen and bathroom privileges in someone's home!! I'm a very responsible, professional teacher, also an author, musician & composer & games-inventor...Possibly a place near the water would be nice...
