2005 Honda Civic Ex

Honda is not running. I believe the water pump , car is clean, title is clean, new battery tires are good please don't inquire with me for $50 of $100. I will not let this go for probably anything less than 500.this is a perfect car for Mechanic because the car only has 203,000 miles on it and for a Honda that  is not a lot.
