Disabled man, needs assistance in home

I am looking for a pleasant honest person to assist me with my personal care and other daily activities.I am pleasant, easy-going and would prefer a female assistant.I became disabled after a swimming accident, and just need help a few hours a day.Helping me help myself is not that different from helping yourself or your kids if you had kids. We all basically have the same requirements. We need to eat, we need to get up every day, we need to get dressed and so forth. If you have not worked in this field before, it's not hard to learn and I have all the necessary supplies and equipment, but just need help.
