I am Leasing out three 5 acre sections of my 20 Acre Off-Grid Property in Northern Hudspeth County Texas to Honest and Reliable People who share the same goal of living off grid in a community Farm based homestead. Lease Holder Must Provide thier own Camper, Trailer, Cabin, Shed, or other type of Tiny Home as Residence, Water Storage, Solar or Wind Power.  I will Require a $500 Deposit and Lot Rent will be $500 a month per each 5 acre Section.
